Job Description:

This cardiac step-down contract places you in a dedicated vascular setting, focusing on patients transitioning from critical care to a more stable status. You will work 12-hour night shifts, providing vital monitoring and care to patients with cardiac concerns. The role involves collaborating with charge nurses to ensure safe and appropriate assignments based on your level of cardiac experience. With an emphasis on EPIC system proficiency, you'll have the opportunity to hone your skills in a supportive environment while managing a manageable patient load of 1:4 or 1:5/1:6, making every shift meaningful. This assignment offers a chance to deepen your expertise in cardiovascular care in a vibrant community setting.
