Job Description:

This assignment calls for an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to work a 12-hour night shift in Worcester, MA. You will be floating between L&D and postpartum units within a maternity float pool, handling true LDRP positions and providing specialized care to mothers and newborns. Your role involves quickly adapting to different settings, managing patient needs during overnight hours, and preparing for two important pass/fail exams during orientation—so bring your best focus and a readiness to succeed.
