Job Description:

Join a busy neonatal intensive care unit as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Tucson, AZ. This role involves caring for infants six months or younger, often in a high-volume delivery hospital, with a patient ratio of 1:3. You will work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, floating occasionally to the Pediatric or Pediatric ICU as needed. The assignment immerses you in a fast-paced environment where you will provide specialized neonatal nursing care, including assessment, vitals, and labs on well newborns. This position is ideal for experienced NICU RNs who thrive in a dynamic setting, with an opportunity to experience the unique rhythm of Southern AZ’s neonatal care scene.
