Job Description:

Step into a travel Respiratory Therapist contract supporting Respiratory and Neuro Diagnostics in a Pediatric NICU setting in Durham, North Carolina. This role is built for an RRT who has hands-on NICU and pediatric critical care experience, including working with neonates through pediatric and adolescent patients, and handling respiratory needs tied to complex pediatric cardiac conditions. You’ll be joining a team that relies on advanced ventilation capabilities, including experience with high-frequency jet ventilation and oscillating ventilators. If you’re comfortable moving between peds-focused diagnostic workflows and time-sensitive respiratory support, this assignment offers the experience and pace you’re looking for.

Shift structure is a consistent 12-hour day schedule (07:00 - 19:30), with a published plan released in 6-week blocks and weekend coverage required (6 weekend shifts per schedule). Orientations occur bi-weekly, and first-timers are welcome.
