Job Description:

Join a travel respiratory therapist role supporting Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics across PICU and NICU units in Richmond, Virginia. This 13-week contract is built for first-time travelers—your days will be spent performing respiratory diagnostic work that supports the specialized care needs of the units, with opportunities to learn unit workflows quickly and build momentum in a high-tech setting.

Shift schedule is 3x12 hours (07:00–19:00), totaling 36.0 hours per week. You’ll work within a large, 600+ bed academic medical center known for advanced technology and strong clinical teams—an assignment designed for travelers who enjoy hands-on diagnostic responsibilities and want to experience day-to-day practice in both PICU and NICU.

Weather:

Expect warm days, comfortable evenings, and occasional humid stretches. Rain showers can pop up throughout the week, so having a light, weather-ready layer is helpful.
