Job Description:

Join a High-Risk Level III NICU team as a Registered Nurse on a travel contract in Odessa, Texas. This role centers on caring for high-acuity newborns, supporting readiness for emergent moments, and working within a unit that runs on precision, teamwork, and consistent practice. You’ll take on a Night 4x12 schedule (19:00 - 07:00), partnering with the NICU team to deliver high-level bedside nursing using established protocols.

To be successful, you must be NRP and STABLE certified and bring a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience. Previous travel experience is required, with consideration for 36 or 48 hours weekly depending on unit needs.
