Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) for a 13-week contract in Anchorage, Alaska. This role offers an engaging opportunity to work in a high-volume obstetric unit within a magnet-designated, Level II Trauma hospital. You'll be providing specialized care during 12-hour night shifts, primarily focusing on high-risk antepartum, triage, and delivery practices. Your experience and skills will support approximately seven daily deliveries and manage a range of challenges such as inductions and high-risk pregnancies. With a focus on autonomous practice, you'll have the chance to float within scope to like units if needed, and will be expected to coordinate with a supportive, collaborative team. Expect a balanced schedule, with guaranteed hours and the ability to contribute meaningfully to a busy maternity ward that values expertise and dedication.

Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, with guaranteed 60 hours biweekly
Hourly Rate: Approximately $2,065.89 gross per week
