Job Description:

This travel assignment is perfect for OB RNs looking for a 13-week adventure in Indiana, Pennsylvania. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., primarily in the Maternity Department, covering Post-Partum, Nursery, and Labor & Delivery. Flexibility is key, as you may float to Medical-Surgical units based on patient census. Your evenings will be filled with delivering care for new moms and their little bundles, ensuring every delivery and postpartum stay is smooth sailing. Expect to participate in call shifts, including weekend calls, within a schedule that keeps your nights busy and your days free for exploration. This role combines routine maternity duties with the thrill of responding to emergency C-sections by circulating and scrubbing as needed. The hospital requires specific certifications such as BLS, NRP, Dysthymia, and fetal monitoring courses, ensuring you’re fully prepared for this specialized environment. The hourly rate is $90 for travel coverage (over 50 miles), with an estimated weekly gross of approximately $2,049.56.
