Job Description:

This challenging and fast-paced labor and delivery RN position offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume obstetric unit managing over 300 births per month. The role involves circulating, performing sterile vaginal exams, and providing immediate newborn care in a bustling environment where double labor assignments are common daily. During your 12-hour night shifts, you'll experience a variety of cases, including scheduled and unscheduled cesarean births and high-risk obstetric patients. The unit emphasizes high acuity care, with an average of 20 births and numerous admits each shift, making it ideal for experienced RNs comfortable handling complex situations quickly and efficiently.
