Job Description:

Step into a high-acuity Labor & Delivery role as a Registered Nurse specializing in stable, NRP-ready care with advanced fetal monitoring support. In this travel assignment in Leonardtown, Maryland, you will work a clear day schedule (07:00–19:30) on a 3x12 structure, bringing your experience to a unit that relies on readiness and accuracy during critical moments. Expect a blend of responsibilities including circulating, fetal heart monitoring, and participation in preceptor/charge-type workflows, with triage experience preferred.

This assignment is designed for nurses with documented high-risk L&D experience and the required certifications for safe, confident practice: C-EFM through NCC at submission, ACLS, BLS, and NRP, along with STABLE. You’ll also be prepared for call expectations (36 hours in 6 weeks or 12 hours per pay period) and coverage needs that include every other weekend and every other holiday. Float may be required within the mom/baby and postpartum skillset.
