Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in the Progressive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse, where your expertise will ensure patients in stable to predictably unstable conditions receive high-quality, compassionate care. You will manage a diverse patient population, including those recovering from cardiac procedures, surgeries, or experiencing complex medical conditions such as CHF, COPD, or sepsis. This role offers a chance to operate advanced medical equipment like arterial lines, chest tubes, and ventilators, all while providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families. Expect to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, act as a clinical leader, and precept less experienced staff—all while making a meaningful impact during a 13-week contract in a supportive environment that values your skills and judgment.
