Job Description:

Join the team at HCA Florida Blake Hospital as a skilled occupational therapist in a Level II Trauma Center setting. This role offers the chance to work across a comprehensive facility that includes a 28-bed inpatient rehab unit and a busy acute care hospital with an average census of 240 patients. You’ll be evaluating, treating, and discharging patients on the IRF unit, participating in team conferences, and assisting with family training for adaptive devices and equipment. The position features 10-hour day shifts, enabling a balanced work-life routine while making a meaningful impact in patients' recoveries. This assignment is perfect for an adaptable, team-oriented professional with hospital or IRF experience, particularly with neuro or stroke cases, ready to bring critical thinking and collaboration to a vibrant healthcare environment.
