Job Description:

This ICU nursing role at Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN, offers a rewarding opportunity for experienced RNs to provide specialized care during 12-hour night shifts. You'll be responsible for managing patient conditions in a fast-paced environment, with a patient ratio of 1:2. The assignment includes working approximately 36 hours per week over 13 weeks, with some floating to PCU, Med/Surg, TELE, and ER units as needed. You'll need to bring at least two years of ICU experience, along with an active Minnesota RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Prepare to work every third weekend, with no on-call requirements, and a commitment to no more than 7 days of RTO. This role offers a chance to sharpen your critical care skills and experience a vibrant hospital setting.
