Job Description:

Join a fast-paced, high acuity surgical and trauma unit located in vibrant Atlanta, Georgia. As a travel professional on this 8-week assignment, you'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing support on a demanding floor that treats surgical patients, gunshot victims, quad and paraplegic cases. Your expertise in this specialty will be vital as you coordinate patient care during busy nights, including handoffs with ED nurses and admitting teams. Expect to work with a team that includes nursing support techs, phlebotomists, and unit secretaries, all functioning together to keep care seamless. The environment is lively and challenging—think of it as a crucial puzzle where every piece is a patient in need of skilled attention.
