This RN position on the Mother Baby unit at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City offers a chance to work nights in a setting that emphasizes specialized postpartum and neonatal care. You'll utilize the nursing process to evaluate, coordinate, and deliver care for mothers and their newborns, ensuring both are comfortable, safe, and well-supported. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining patient confidentiality, and adhering to hospital standards.
