Job Description:

This night-shift nursing role is centered around delivering specialized care to critically ill neonates. You'll supervise and coordinate a team of nurses and support staff, ensuring adherence to established standards of care while engaging in critical thinking and independent judgment. The unit offers intensive, comprehensive monitoring for neonates facing life-threatening conditions, classified as Level III or Level IV by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
