Job Description:

This ER Registered Nurse role in Worcester offers a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The position involves managing urgent and emergent patient situations, with an emphasis on telemetry monitoring and medication administration. Flexibility around shift start times is occasionally required, but schedules are rarely altered unless there's a critical staffing need. Expect to use EPIC electronic medical records and demonstrate proficiency in ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Successful candidates must hold a current Perm MA license and have at least 1.5 years of recent ER nursing experience. Please note that passing two exams—medication and telemetry—is required at orientation, with only one attempt allowed for each. This role is unique due to its intensive ER setting and the quick-paced environment that demands adaptability and expertise.
