Job Description:

Join a travel ICU RN contract in Willmar, Minnesota, supporting critical care within an intensive care unit setting. This role is for an experienced Registered Nurse ready for a rotating 12-hour schedule with day shifts running 06:45–19:15 and alternating coverage 18:45–07:15. You’ll work every 3rd weekend and follow a shift rhythm designed to keep patient workflow consistent across days and nights.

To succeed in this assignment, you should have 1–2+ years of ICU experience and hold ACLS and BLS certifications. First-time travelers are welcome as long as your ICU background is strong. If your primary residence is more than 50 miles from the facility, you’re set to bring your expertise to a high-acuity unit and experience the fast-paced, detail-focused pace ICU work requires.
