Job Description:

Join a travel case management role as a Registered Nurse in Atlanta, Georgia, supporting day shift schedules Monday through Friday. In this position, you’ll assess and evaluate the discharge plan, coordinate services to the appropriate level of care, and ensure the treatment plan is initiated, evaluated, and re-evaluated daily. You’ll track daily progress, monitor length of stay, and identify barriers to discharge—staying focused on what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change next.

The work includes following Medicare regulatory guidelines related to patient choice and IMM notices and MOONS. This assignment also involves daily follow-through to drive the plan forward with structure and consistency—like keeping a steady rhythm on a long road trip, even when things get complicated.

Schedule notes: 5x8-hour days (08:00–16:30), no weekends, and no call. Floating within the facility/scope of practice may be required as needed. Minimum experience of 3 years is required, and first-time travelers are not accepted.

Weather:

Expect warm, generally pleasant conditions with the possibility of occasional rain and humidity. Days are often comfortable, with cooler evenings that make it easy to enjoy time outside.
