Job Description:

Join a critical care float role for a Registered Nurse supporting a hospital-wide float pool, including assignments across the Emergency Department as needed. This position is centered in the ER hold area, with expectations to flex within the facility and remain within scope as assignments change. You’ll work a consistent 12-hour night schedule (19:00–07:00), covering 4 shifts per week, and bringing critical thinking to fast-moving situations in an acute setting.

This assignment is ideal for an RN who enjoys variety within a focused specialty—moving between unit needs while keeping care plans organized and patient flow moving. The team values RN travelers with at least 2 years of relevant experience, including first-time travelers.
