Job Description:

Step into a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) Registered Nurse role in Hillsboro, Oregon, where your nights are built around continuity—triage, monitoring, newborn transitions, and participating in C-section recovery within the unit workflow. This assignment supports low to moderate risk laboring patients, antepartum and postpartum care, along with newborn stabilization and transitions as you work through your shift.

You’ll triage patients in dedicated triage rooms and provide MSEs, then move through circulating and recovering your own C-sections from the OR suite and private rooms. The work is hands-on and time-sensitive: you’ll perform fetal monitoring and be prepared to initiate NRP for low-to-moderate risk deliveries, including starting CPAP and PPV until additional help arrives. Strong fit for travelers with LDRP experience (2 years required) and comfort with triage, newborn transition, IV starts, and fetal monitoring.

Shift schedule: nights with 3x12s (1900–0730). Weekend availability is required, with no call and no floating outside the hospital. First-timers are not accepted for this assignment.
