Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract places you on a 42-bed Med-Surg Telemetry unit in Jacksonville, North Carolina, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. You'll care for a diverse patient population that includes cardiac, diabetic, CHF, COPD, renal, general surgery, and orthopedic cases. The role involves floating to similar acuities when needed, with a staff of RNs, LPNs, PCTs, CNAs, US, and unit secretaries ready to support you. This assignment offers the chance to experience a variety of clinical cases, including IMCU patients, with responsibilities such as managing insulin, heparin, and Lasik drips, all while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
