Job Description:

Join our team as a Neurosurgical Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a NeuroSurg unit that handles patients with stroke, seizures, MS, and neurosurgical procedures. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, caring for neuro-surgical patients during a busy, fast-paced schedule. This assignment offers the chance to work with advanced EMR systems like EPIC, alongside a supportive team committed to delivering top-tier neurological care. Expect to evaluate patient responses, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and occasionally take on charge nurse responsibilities. Your expertise in inpatient acute care and neuro conditions will ensure effective, compassionate patient support in a hospital known for excellence.
