Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare contract as an Inpatient Rehab professional on an adult inpatient rehabilitation unit in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you’ll support rehabilitation-focused workflow by carrying out core inpatient rehab nursing procedures such as urinary catheterization (indwelling and straight), peripheral IV insertions, blood administration, central line dressing changes, wound dressing changes as ordered, surgical drain removal, and suture/staple removal. You’ll also perform other medical-surgical procedures as assigned and complete rehabilitation-specific documentation using a Meditech documentation system with real-time training provided.

This assignment is structured on 12-hour nights for 13 weeks, with rotating weekends and no call requirements. The unit operates with an RN and PCT staffing model, and the work includes preference for prior acute rehab experience along with willingness to learn specialty patient mobilization skills.
