Job Description:

Step into a travel surgical technology contract in Glendale, Arizona, supporting the flow of the operating room from setup to turnover. In this role, you’ll select and arrange surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment, ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for each case. You’ll scrub in and provide instruments, sutures, and sterile supplies during procedures, while anticipating the surgeon’s needs—passing instruments, retracting tissue, and operating equipment as directed.

You’ll work with aseptic technique and universal precautions throughout every procedure, handling sharps and waste appropriately, assisting with required counts, and preparing instruments for cleaning after each case. You’ll also ensure surgeon preference cards and pick lists are accurate, support OR turnover between cases, and maintain organized restocking of supplies. Participating in emergency call rotation may be required.

One assignment, many moving parts—your detail-first approach helps keep cases running smoothly, case after case. (And yes, there’s a special kind of pride in perfecting the setup.)
