Job Description:

Join a freestanding 15-bed inpatient rehab unit in Pueblo, CO, providing Occupational Therapy services on a 5x8 day schedule. This contract focuses on helping patients through structured rehabilitation programming alongside a team that meets frequently—team conferences are held twice per week, and daily morning huddles cover any acute changes and care needs. You’ll work in a setting designed for hands-on therapy, with access to a rehab gym, ADL kitchen, ADL laundry room, and a transitional ADL apartment.

Shift structure is 8-hour days (07:00 - 15:30) with every other Saturday required. Charting is completed in EPIC. The unit operates with daily coordination across an interdisciplinary team, including family conferences as needed based on patient complexity. First-time travelers are accepted, with a contingency for prior IRF experience. Bring your BLS certification and 1+ year of experience to a role where your day-to-day work is hands-on, purposeful, and consistently scheduled.
