Job Description:

Join a travel RN role supporting Telemetry at a Joint Commission-accredited facility in Wilson, North Carolina—about 45 miles east of Raleigh, with quick access to the coast and major university hubs. This assignment is built around a night shift schedule with 36 hours per week for 13 weeks, offering a steady rhythm for clinicians who enjoy focused monitoring and fast-paced throughput.

In this role, you’ll work with an adult/geriatric population and contribute to day-to-day operations that include Med/Surg overflow coverage and patient flow support such as admissions and discharges. You’ll also interface with commonly used Telemetry tools and equipment, including Welch Allyn V/S machines, Hoyer Lift with weight scale, Abbott glucometer, computers on wheels, TR band, and Baxter IV pumps. Meditech EMR experience is preferred, and ACLS/BLS are required. Float requirements apply, so flexibility is part of the job.

A great fit for this assignment includes the ability to interpret EKGs, apply critical thinking in real time, and stay team-oriented while managing a busy unit. Orientation runs bi-weekly for upcoming start dates such as 06/08, 06/22, and 07/06.
