Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Wilmington, North Carolina, where you'll be integral to caring for patients with conditions such as COVID, pneumonia, COPD, and more. This contract offers a unique opportunity to work in a multi-level care environment, including a COVID isolation unit and step-down care. You will be responsible for patient monitoring, management of dysrhythmias, IV protocols, and assisting with procedures like wound care and airways management. This role emphasizes hands-on skills such as interpreting ABGs, managing PICC lines, and collaborating with the Rapid Response Team. Prepare to experience a fast-paced and rewarding environment with night shifts covering 12-hour hours. Be ready to work on a Storm or Hurricane Team, and contribute during extraordinary times, including disaster responses. The assignment is designed for nurses who are ready to make an impact in a dynamic hospital setting, bringing their expertise to patient care across a variety of diagnoses with minimal RTO.
