Job Description:

Join a versatile team as a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) LVN / LPN during overnight hours. In this role, you will work across multiple units, including subacute rehab, memory care, and ventilator care, providing essential support to patients with various complex and chronic conditions. You will float between units such as Burks, halls, and households, delivering skilled long-term care, wound management, and respiratory support. Each shift offers the chance to immerse yourself in different aspects of patient needs, from dementia care to ventilator management, requiring adaptability and attention to detail. Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on specialized long-term and pulmonary care makes this assignment truly unique.
