Job Description:

Step into an Operating Room Registered Nurse role where your days start with momentum and end with purpose. This acute care OR assignment runs a 5x8-hour day shift (6:45a–3:15p) and is built for nurses who thrive on getting into a rhythm—prepping for cases, supporting the workflow in the OR, and staying focused through each scheduled day.

You’ll work on a weekend rotation that typically averages every 4th weekend, depending on staffing coverage, and you may be scheduled for on-call coverage. Weekday call is 3pm–7am on your rotation, meaning you’re not on-call every weekday—only when your turn comes up. The role also includes flexibility to float within scope as needed to meet facility requirements, including floating between like units or sister facilities.

Bring 4+ years of OR experience for a smooth transition, and be ready for Epic charting, SC licensure (or compact) held prior to start, and current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS. If you enjoy fast-moving case days with clear shift structure—and want the consistency of a daytime schedule—this assignment is designed for you.

Weather:

Expect warm, generally sunny days with comfortable evenings and occasional brief rain. Humidity can be noticeable, with the chance of weather changes throughout the week.
