Job Description:

Step into a travel nursing contract in Phoenix, Arizona, built for an RN who enjoys hands-on, night-shift accountability and the craft of day-to-day clinical leadership. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients, translating incoming information into measurable goals and updating the plan of care as needs change. Your work includes reviewing history and physicals, monitoring diagnostic and lab results for abnormal findings, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team, and communicating status clearly to ensure continuity of care across shifts.

You’ll also handle documentation—accurate, timely, and reflective of objective/subjective data, interventions, and patient response—while performing nursing care under physician orders and established policies. With direction and supervision over licensed and non-licensed personnel, you’ll contribute to safe, organized workflow during 12-hour nights.
