Job Description:

Join a travel Registered Nurse contract in Louisville, Kentucky, where your work centers on comprehensive assessments, ongoing reassessments, and the development, implementation, and evaluation of an individualized plan of care. This role follows a structured model of practice grounded in evidence-based care and Practice Governance, with an emphasis on education, comfort, and patient/family satisfaction throughout the shift and at discharge.

You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary services, document clinical responses to interventions, and mentor/precept staff as needed. Shift structure runs nights, with every other weekend required, and responsibilities include delegating tasks to licensed and non-licensed personnel while maintaining safe, effective work practices.
