Job Description:

Step into a travel Respiratory Therapist role in Kalamazoo, Michigan, supporting pediatric and ICU-focused respiratory work while also contributing to adult floor therapy as needed. This assignment includes a specialized Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics component and is designed for an RRT who has PICU/PEDS/Adult ICU experience and can confidently operate within an environment that balances acuity with steady daily workflow.

Expect 12-hour nights with a consistent schedule rhythm—typically a 3x12-hour night pattern (19:00–07:30). Weekend coverage follows an every-other-weekend requirement, and call is not expected. You’ll be encouraged to complete the full orientation week and be available for leader interviews. Assignments are based on an RVU system, with an average of about 38 RVUs per LRT and core night numbers of approximately 11 LRTs.
