Job Description:

Join a surgical team as a Certified Surgical First Assistant providing surgical services across high-skill specialties, including neuro, vascular, orthopedics, and outpatient procedures. This contract features a 4x10 day schedule (07:00–17:30), with call expectations of 2 call shifts per week and weekend call on a rotating basis (2 weekend shifts every six-week schedule). Your role will support procedures where precision and readiness matter—especially in cases that require XI da Vinci assistance.

The ideal traveler is a CST with experience in neuro, vascular, and ortho surgical services, comfortable working within Cerner charting workflows. Start with confidence if you have at least 1 year of experience; first-timers are accepted. Travelers must live at least 50 miles away from the facility, and any pending state license is welcome as long as it is active by the start date.

Expect a mix of comfortable days and cool evenings, with a blend of bright skies and occasional cloud cover. Bring layers—temperatures can shift throughout the day, and light precipitation is possible.
