Job Description:

Join a community hospital in Carmel, Indiana as an Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse for a travel contract with a clear, hands-on nightly rhythm. This role is built around performing OR RN duties that include circulating within the surgical suite and completing documentation in Cerner. You’ll become part of an OR team supporting a variety of specialties, including general surgery & bariatrics, GYN, urology, ENT, ortho, plastics, spine, robotics, thoracic, PV, and pediatric surgical services.

To set you up for success, the traveler will orient on day shift for 1–2 weeks prior to transitioning to nights. You’ll work night shifts in a 3x12-hour structure (18:30–07:00). If you’re looking for a focused assignment where your schedule is consistent and your OR experience is put to good use, this is a great fit—just be ready to jump in and keep the pace steady.
