Job Description:

Join a high-energy Level I academic trauma center in Charleston, South Carolina as a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) supporting surgical services across a wide range of specialties. You’ll work 3x12-hour day shifts (7A–7:30P) with rotating weekends and holiday rotation, becoming part of a main OR that spans trauma, transplant/procurement, ortho (total joints, spine, trauma), neuro (crani, spine), ENT (flaps), robotics (DaVinci Xi), plus GU/GYN cases and trauma/burns. This assignment is designed for a CST who can confidently scrub and assist with the full variety of cases the Main OR supports.

The role requires NBSTSA certification (MUSC does not accept NCCT), BLS, and a radiation badge provided by the agency. You should also be comfortable with on-call scheduling up to 4 call shifts per month (end of shift at 7A), and be ready to float within scope to meet facility needs across like units or sister facilities.
