Job Description:

Step into a seasonal NICU RN contract in Austin, Texas, delivering dependable care during 12-hour night shifts (7:00P–7:00A). This assignment is built for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven Neonatal Intensive Care Unit where teamwork is essential and every shift brings a new rhythm of collaboration. You’ll work within a unit that supports a wide range of acuity—requiring experience, calm focus, and the ability to adapt when the pace changes.

You’ll join a team that runs both day and night coverage with seasoned support across charge and leadership roles, plus specialized staff who help keep care coordinated throughout the unit. Expect to work with ventilators, isolettes, feeding and IV pumps, breast pumps, and EMR documentation in Meditech and CPN.

On-call coverage is required, and weekend shifts are scheduled (four weekend shifts included). If you bring at least 2 years of NICU experience—plus Level 4 NICU experience—this contract offers the chance to sharpen your skills in a unit recognized for its depth of expertise and collaborative culture.
