Job Description:

Seeking a skilled NICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at a hospital in Covington, Louisiana. This role involves managing complex neonatal care, including delivery attendances, neonate admissions and discharges, and ventilator management. The shift is overnight, requiring 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. You will be expected to float to the Neonatal Observation Unit with ratios up to 1:4-6 and to the normal newborn nursery, adapting quickly to different patient needs. Attention to detail, compassionate communication, and expertise in managing central lines, IV placements, and advanced neonatal procedures are essential.
