Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse position offers a unique opportunity to work within a pediatric float pool that includes assignments across multiple units such as PICU, NICU, Peds Medsurg, Peds PACU, Peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby. The role involves floating to various pediatric specialties, requiring adaptable skills and comfort with diverse pediatric care settings. You will be responsible for providing specialized nursing support in high-acuity environments, with a focus on PICU and NICU experience, and must be prepared to work 12-hour day shifts. This assignment emphasizes flexibility and resourcefulness as you navigate different units, making each day diverse and engaging.
