Job Description:

Join a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Richland, WA, for a 13-week contract as a Respiratory Therapist specializing in NICU and Neuro Diagnostics. This role involves floating between units and working independently within a high-acuity environment. You'll be scheduled for 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend required. Expect to handle complex respiratory cases and neuro diagnostics, relying on your WA licensure and experience working in either a Level 3 NICU or a regional trauma center. The position offers a unique opportunity to operate autonomously while adapting to fluctuating hospital acuity levels in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility and a proactive approach are essential, and you'll be expected to contribute to a collaborative team environment while maintaining high standards of patient safety and respiratory care.
