Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Respiratory Therapists in a NICU setting during a 13-week contract focused on night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This role offers an engaging opportunity to manage adult respiratory care in an acute care environment, working with GE ventilators, V60 BiPAPs, and Airvo HFNC devices. You'll be responsible for performing procedures such as ventilator management, arterial blood gases, nebulizers, and assisting with intubations and bronchoscopy procedures. The assignment involves collaboration with a skilled team of 50 staff members in a busy unit with approximately 35-40 patients per shift. This is a great chance to apply your adult critical care skills while experiencing the fast-paced atmosphere of a hospital NICU. The position includes a schedule of rotating weekends, providing a balance of work and time off, and offers an overall weekly gross pay of approximately $1,422.29.
