Job Description:

Join our team as a NICU Registered Nurse working in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, where your expertise will be essential in caring for neonates, infants, and young children with complex medical needs. This role involves alternating day and night shifts, giving you a well-rounded perspective on the unit’s operations. You'll be providing specialized care for patients with prematurity, respiratory issues, cardiac defects, feeding challenges, and NAS, utilizing equipment such as trachs, vents, PICCs, TPN, and IL. The environment is fast-paced but rewarding, offering opportunities to work with a dedicated team in a supportive setting. Expect to work every other weekend and holiday as scheduled, with floating to sister units as needed. This assignment will immerse you in a specialized pediatric setting, where your skills will make a difference. Experience with pediatric ventilators, trachs, and central lines is crucial, as is holding an active Maryland RN license and required certifications.
