Job Description:

Our hospital in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced RN to join the Neonatal ICU on a 13-week travel contract. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts with a focus on critical neonatal care in a busy, high-acuity environment. You'll manage complex conditions like respiratory distress, congenital heart defects, and neuro issues, all while navigating invasive lines, ventilators, ECMO, and other specialized equipment. The unit is well-supported with round-the-clock staffing, including intensivists, resource nurses, and support teams, providing a comprehensive environment to sharpen your neonatal skills. Expect to foster teamwork and trust while caring for vulnerable newborns and their families. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center with a variety of patient diagnoses, requiring adaptability and a passion for neonatal intensive care.
