Job Description:

Join us as a Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse on a Neuro/Surgical Telemetry floor, where you'll be vital in caring for patients recovering from neurological and surgical procedures. This role features a consistent schedule of 3 twelve-hour day shifts, from 06:45 to 19:15, with no on-call duties but occasional floating to other Medical-Surgical or Telemetry units or low-acuity ICU. You'll experience the rhythm of a busy hospital setting, with the opportunity to work during holidays and weekends, including Memorial Day, ensuring a diverse weekly experience. If you hold current TN or compact licensure and have recent Epic, MS/Telemetry, and travel experience, this assignment is designed to keep your skills sharp and your career moving forward.
