Job Description:

Join a specialized LDRP unit within the Women’s Services Department in Nashville. This 13-week contract offers a schedule of 12-hour night shifts, allowing you to immerse yourself in obstetrics and operating room assistance. The role requires adaptability, as floating within your scope of practice is expected, and you may serve as a charge nurse or preceptor. Prior experience in OB assist or OR settings will help you excel. Be prepared to meet various certification requirements such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, STABLE, AWOHNN, NRP, and CPI before starting. Throughout the assignment, a focus on compliance and attendance will be essential, with the facility reserving the right to cancel one shift every four weeks. This unique opportunity combines technical skill application with a setting that supports collaboration and versatility.
