Job Description:

This travel assignment invites skilled rehabilitation professionals to join a busy skilled nursing facility in Sacramento for a 13-week contract. The role involves providing outpatient and inpatient therapy services, primarily focusing on patients with diagnoses such as CVA, TKA, THA, and COPD. You will work 8-hour daytime shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends, and will have the opportunity to float to a nearby inpatient acute care hospital when needed.
