Job Description:

Join a 13-week contract as a Medical-Surgical/Tele Registered Nurse in a scenic but remote part of Arizona. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:30) in a very rural setting, providing vital patient support in a ratio of 1:5. The hospital prefers candidates with at least two years of MS/Tele experience, and current licenses must be in hand before submission. You’ll utilize the Pyxis medication system and MedHost documentation platform, with ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications required, and CPI preferred. Expect a rewarding experience working in a tight-knit community amid attractions like Chiricahua National Monument and Kartchner Caverns State Park, with opportunities to explore Arizona’s renowned vineyards during Winefest in October. Housing options include the Holiday Inn Express Wilcox or Willcox Extended Inn, both with special rates through NCCH. The position offers a competitive weekly gross pay of approximately $2,015.64, totaling about 36 hours per week, with an emphasis on delivering patient-centered care in a rural setting.
