Job Description:

Join a reputable tertiary care hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, as a PCU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting with ventilated patients, including trach care, ventilator management, and cardiac monitoring. The RN will float between units as needed, handle complex respiratory cases, and manage a variety of patient diagnoses like pulmonary stepdowns, COPD, and post-ventilation care. Experience with ventilator protocols, dysrhythmia interpretation, and telemetry monitoring are essential. With a minimum of 2 years' experience, strong ventilator skills, and the ability to adapt to flexible patient ratios, you'll be contributing in a Magnet-recognized facility emphasizing quality care and professional growth.
