Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse position places you in a high-acuity surgical intensive care environment, focusing on trauma and transplant patients. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, with the chance to float to other adult ICUs and stepdown units as needed. Candidates should have at least two years of ICU experience, specifically in SICU, with previous travel or Level I Trauma experience a plus. The role requires passing a tele-test at orientation and holding a Massachusetts license. Expect a fast-paced setting where your skills will be essential in managing critically ill patients in a busy hospital. Epic charting is used for documentation.
