Job Description:

Step into a hospital-based travel contract in Goldsboro, North Carolina, where you’ll deliver skilled clinical nursing care in a steady rhythm of 12-hour nights. In this role, you’ll coordinate and carry out the nursing process—assessing needs, identifying expected outcomes, and updating plans of care with input from the interdisciplinary team. You’ll also help support patient and family learning by using relevant education materials and evaluating readiness to learn.

Expect hands-on bedside point of care testing as required by the care plan, plus ongoing organization and prioritization of care based on patient and family needs. You’ll work with established hospital standards and policies to promote a safe, clean, and secure environment, while contributing to unit goals and performance improvement activities.
